The mission of Grady Excavating is to successfully achieve our business objectives while providing our employees with an exceptionally safe and great place to work.


CEO and President, Kim Grady, started Grady Excavating with just two trucks and drivers in July 2007. The company has quickly grown to 15 truck and trailers and over 25 employees. Dave Renfro is the Truck Supervisor and his brother, Don, is the shop foreman and lead mechanic.
